Returns

We have a 30-day return window. That means you have 30 days after the parcel is delivered to ask for a return. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Keep the order email or invoice — we need that to match the return.

To start a return, write to us on the contact page with your order number, or open the order in My account. If we accept the return we will send a label or drop-off instructions. Parcels sent back without that first step may not be accepted.

Damages and wrong items

Check the parcel when it arrives. If the item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, photograph the box and the product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will sort a replacement or a refund. Return postage for those cases is on us.

What we cannot take back

We cannot take back items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery, or that are missing parts you received. Personalised or made-to-order pieces, if we ever sell them, are not returnable unless they are faulty. Sale items marked as final sale cannot be returned for change of mind. Gift cards are not returnable.

If you are not sure about a specific product, ask before you send it. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

Unused items in original packaging can come back within 30 days. You may share the return postage unless we say otherwise. The fastest way to swap for a different product is to return the one you have and, once we accept it, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

When the return arrives we inspect it and email you. If it is approved, the refund goes to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer can take a little longer to show it on the statement.
