These terms apply when you use this site or place an order. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Aussify Life. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The shop

You must be old enough to form a contract in Australia, or have a parent or guardian’s permission. Do not use the site for anything illegal, and do not try to break or overload it. We can refuse service if we have a fair reason, including suspected fraud.

Orders

When you check out you are offering to buy the items in the cart at the prices shown. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the price is clearly wrong, we cannot verify payment, or we cannot ship to the address. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you.

We may limit how many of an item one household can buy. Please keep your account details accurate so we can reach you about the order.

Pricing and descriptions

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless a page says otherwise. Shipping is shown at checkout. We try to keep photos and descriptions accurate; screens show colour differently and that is not a fault by itself. We can correct obvious errors and, if needed, cancel an affected order and refund you.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery is described on our shipping page. Returns are on returns. Manufacturer cover is on warranty. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Accounts and content

You are responsible for your login. Do not share it. If you send us reviews, photos or other comments, you let us use them on the site. Do not post anything unlawful or that belongs to someone else.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for delay caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. Where we cannot exclude liability, it is limited to resupplying the goods or paying the cost of that resupply, as the Australian Consumer Law allows.

Changes and law

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. New orders use the version that is live when you pay. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Questions: contact us.
