Shipping policy
We ship across Australia. You pay on this site, we pack the order, and tracking goes to the email on the order once it has left us.
Postage cost
We add tracked postage at checkout. Enter your postcode on a product page for an estimate before you buy. The total you confirm before paying is the total you pay. GST is already in the product prices.
If we run a postage offer later, the checkout total is the one that applies. We will say so on the site at the time.
When we pack
Paid orders are packed on business days. Orders placed on a weekday are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed Friday evening or over the weekend are packed from the following Monday. Public holidays add a day.
If a line is out of stock after you pay, we will email you. You can wait for the restock or we will refund that line.
How long delivery takes
Times below start after dispatch, not after you click pay.
Metro addresses: usually 3–5 business days. Regional: usually 5–8 business days. Remote and some islands take longer — that is set by the carrier, not by us. Enter your postcode on a product page if you want an estimate before you buy.
Where we deliver
We deliver to street addresses in Australia. We do not currently ship overseas. If a courier cannot reach the address (gated site, incomplete unit number, or a location they will not service), we will contact you before we cancel the order.
Please check the delivery address before you pay. If the address is wrong and the parcel is already with the carrier, extra redirection fees sit with you.
How it arrives
Most orders go with a national carrier such as Australia Post or a similar courier. Delivery is typically Monday to Friday. We cannot pick a time slot. If nobody is home, the carrier may leave a card, try again, or hold the parcel at a local pickup point.
You will get a tracking link by email when the order leaves us. You can also find it under My account → Orders.
If a delivery fails
If the carrier cannot deliver because of an address error or after two failed attempts, the parcel may come back to us. In that case we can resend it (you pay the second postage) or refund the goods minus the original postage and a reasonable handling cost.
Risk in the goods passes when the carrier marks the parcel as delivered, or when it is left under an authority-to-leave instruction you have given the carrier.
